1、Check the circuit when starting the equipment, whether the wiring of the control cabinet is correct, whether the voltage and current meet the requirements. The equipment is controlled by automatic control, time relay control and AC contactor for output. The control cabinet can control submersible sewage pump and fan simultaneously. It also has automatic protection function combined with real-time monitoring of working conditions,It also has manual and automatic control system. When starting the pump, check whether there is leakage and water absorption in the pump line, and whether there is any blockage.
2、The pump of this equipment adopts anti-clogging and tearing submersible sewage pump, in which the control of the pump is completed by the liquid level float valve through detecting the liquid level in the sewage pool. When the liquid level reaches the working level from low to high, the sewage pump is started,When the liquid level reaches the low level from high to low, the working pump is turned off (the liquid level is detected by the liquid level switch) and the fan is started. Check if the rotation is correct and avoid reversing.
3、When the water level of the regulating tank is lower than the starting level of the pump, the pump stops working. In order to make the biofilm grow normally in the sewage equipment, the aerator is started intermittently.
4、The fan and pump are operated automatically.
5、The equipment control center is completed once in accordance with the design scheduling time on the electric control cabinet. (No manual control mode is allowed under special circumstances), Manual control can be opened and closed by manual control of submersible sewage pump and fan through button switch on the panel.
